• Permitted Use: You agree to use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Services to transmit any content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringing on third-party rights.

2. Messaging and Communications

• SMS Communications: By registering for DailyLog, you consent to receive SMS messages from your employer and from the DailyLog system regarding field updates, project information, and account activity.
• Consent to Receive Messages: You confirm that you have provided express consent to receive text messages on the phone numbers associated with your account. Your employer is responsible for ensuring proper consent has been obtained from all message recipients.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages by replying "STOP" to any message received. You may also contact your employer or support@dailylog.com to update your communication preferences.
• Message Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. DailyLog is not responsible for any charges incurred.

3. User Content and Conduct

• Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you submit through the Services. By submitting content, you grant DailyLog a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display such content as needed to operate and improve the Services.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

  • Interfere with the operation of the Services
